Tait Architects ensured the design was affordable and could be built rapidly. By using innovative SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) construction with rubbled-stone bonded to the SIPs boards, the homes achieve both structural integrity and aesthetic beauty. This method significantly reduces construction time and costs, making it an ideal solution for contemporary housing.
