OLIVER MURRAY
SENIOR ARCHITECT
BA(Hons), MArch PG Dip, RIBA

MY STORY
Oliver qualified as a Chartered Architect in 2016 after completing his Postgraduate Diploma (RIBA Part 3) with merit at Cardiff University.
He has been with Tait Architects since its founding in 2010, bringing prior experience from a coordination role in construction management. This early hands-on exposure to live building sites gave him a strong grounding in the practicalities of construction and site-based collaboration.
Oliver has played a key role in a wide variety of projects, from contemporary residential homes to large-scale commercial developments. Notable projects include the redevelopment of Bower House, Woodland Camp, Deansfield House, and Pheasant House.
Recently certified as a PassivHaus Designer, Oliver has a particular interest in sustainable design and energy-efficient building standards.
He has successfully led projects of all scales, from modern home extensions to full new-builds, most recently completing the acclaimed Pheasant House.
